Celle- ci doit \u00eatre demand\u00e9e par les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s aux services d\u00e9partementaux comp\u00e9tents, et son obtention r\u00e9pond \u00e0 certains crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">Les titulaires de la carte du combattant ou du Titre de Reconnaissance de la Nation peuvent se constituer une rente mutualiste (RMC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">Cette rente est non imposable, subventionn\u00e9e par l&rsquo;Etat, et b\u00e9n\u00e9fice chaque ann\u00e9e de majorations l\u00e9gales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 20px;\">Les versements constitutifs de la RMS sont d\u00e9ductibles du revenu imposable.
